Miami, Florida .- The Venezuelan guitarist Luis Gomez play the U.S. anthem on electric guitar at the "PEACE AND LOVE THE PERFORMANCE" by the Patriot's Day and the anniversary of the Twin Towers on 9/11/2010 South West Regional Library at 16835 Sheridan St, Pembroke Pines, FL, 33330, in addition to performing songs from his 1st solo album. Luis Gomez, Venezuelan talented musician, was recognized for his career with the band "FEEDBACK" to that reached prominence in the mid-80's and 90's. Throughout his career he has served not only as a guitarist, composer, arranger and music producer, but also as a guitar teacher, event producer, radio announcer, publicist, graphic designer, artist manager and businessman .
Luis Gomez also is the 1st Venezuelan who is being supported by the prestigious brand of guitars KRAMER GUITARS "GIBSON family. A few months ago eastern Venezuela after a close race in which more than 200 guitarists nationwide, was consecrated as the first runner and favorite of the Thursday, in a contest sponsored by the famous musical instrument store Sam Ash. Competition "Infamous Guitar Solo Contest" in that competition was selected in a process of more than 200 participants to 40 musicians and then decide by 20 semi-finalists then summing only 6. LUIS GOMEZ was selected as a finalist and then as 1st WINNER AND JUDGES FAVORITE (FAV JUDGES).
His first solo album is in the process of production, with the collaboration of top level musicians. This release promises to surprise the rock'n'roll scene in South Florida and spread to the rest of the United States.
